2、 Structural Design

The equipment is mainly divided into two main test chambers on the left and right sides, with ultraviolet lamps, xenon lamps, and rain lamps installed inside the left side. Install heating, humidification, cooling and dehumidification parts on the right side, install electrical control parts on both sides of the equipment, safety protection measures and other accessory parts;

The special sample rack tray can be moved left and right, making it very convenient to use. The tray can hold flat specimens of different shapes and sizes horizontally, such as solar panels, automotive fabric parts, paint coatings, and other materials for testing;

The outer shell is processed and formed using A3 steel plate CNC machine tool, and the surface of the outer shell is sprayed with plastic. The inner liner is made of imported stainless steel plate. The mixing system uses a long axis fan motor and a stainless steel multi wing impeller that is resistant to high and low temperatures to achieve strong convection and vertical diffusion circulation. A double-layer high tensile sealing strip with high temperature resistance is used between the door and the box to ensure the sealing of the testing area; The use of non reactive door handles makes operation easier, and high-quality fixed PU movable wheels are installed at the bottom of the machine, making it easy to move the machine to the designated position and fix the wheels. The equipment is equipped with a visual observation window, which is made of multi-layer insulated tempered glass and allows for clear observation of the test process.

3、 Product Description

Using xenon arc lamps that can simulate the full spectrum of sunlight to reproduce destructive light waves present in different environments. This device can provide corresponding environmental simulation and accelerated testing for scientific research, product development, and quality control.

This comprehensive test chamber can be used for selecting new materials, improving existing materials, or evaluating changes in durability after changes in material composition. The device can simulate the changes in materials exposed to sunlight under different environmental conditions very well.

4、 Circuit control system
There are multiple loop programs, blackboard temperature, and test chamber air temperature and humidity to choose from, and they are used to program and simulate different usage environments. The exposure function and temperature are automatically calculated by a microcomputer, with PID self-tuning function, and controlled by a thin film button type intelligent temperature controller. The operation is simple and fast. Time can be divided into total time, lighting time, spraying and stopping time, which are set separately. After the setting is completed, the equipment will automatically run according to the input program. The light irradiance display will display the current light irradiance intensity at any time. During the experiment, if any abnormalities occur or after the experiment is completed, the equipment will immediately sound an alarm and automatically terminate the experiment.
