2、 Working principle

The general control process is: operation, backwashing, salt suction, slow washing, salt tank replenishment, and forward washing.
After the resin absorbs a large amount of calcium and magnesium particles, it needs to be regenerated. The regeneration process is to rinse the resin layer with salt water from a single valve and tank salt tank of a chemical water equipment, and use the characteristic of ion displacement to displace the hardness ions on the resin. The resin is discharged from the tank with the regeneration waste liquid, and the softening exchange function of the resin is restored, which can be put back into production again.
3、 Workflow
Backwash: After working for a considerable period of time, the equipment will intercept a large amount of calcium, magnesium particles and various pollutants brought by the raw water on the upper part of the resin. After removing these pollutants bit by bit, the ion exchange resin can be completely exposed and reused, and the regeneration effect can be guaranteed to a certain extent.
Salt absorption: The process of injecting salt water into a resin tank. Traditional equipment uses a salt pump to manually inject salt water, while fully automatic equipment uses a device control system to suck in salt water through a dedicated built-in sprayer.
Slow flushing: After flowing salt water through the resin at a certain flow rate, the process of slowly infiltrating and replacing the residual salt in the resin with raw water at the same flow rate is called slow flushing, also known as replacement. This process is similar to the process of salt absorption and usually takes about 30 minutes.
Quick flushing: In order to flush away residual salt, a flow rate similar to the actual working method and technology should be used to control the flow rate of the resin with raw water. The effluent quality of this process should be soft water that meets the standard. Generally, the fast flushing process takes 5-15 minutes.
