Smart factory personnel positioning solution based on RFID technology
The factory personnel positioning system mainly consists of: 1) positioning tags carried by personnel; 2: The positioning base station that receives information; 3: Ethernet cables and POE switches for transmission and power supply; 4: Server computers and location software; Composed of four parts. The positioning tag is responsible for sending positioning pulse signals, while the positioning base station is responsible for receiving pulse signals and sending the information back to the server computer via Ethernet cables and POE switches. The positioning software on the computer calculates real-time positioning data from the pulse signals.
The positioning principle is shown in the following figure: by installing a certain number of positioning base stations in the factory, the base station signal covers the entire area that needs to be located. Personnel wear positioning tags, and when the person wearing the positioning tag enters the factory, they can be located.

System Function 1: Real time display of the accurate location of personnel and materials in the factory, facilitating management personnel to query target objects.
System Function 2: Any area can be set as an electronic fence area, and unauthorized access will trigger an alarm reminder.
System Function 3: Any area can be set as an attendance area to achieve non-contact attendance management.
System Function 4: There is a one click distress alarm button on the tag, which can be called in case of danger with just one click.
System Function 5: Historical Trajectory Playback, which allows viewing the motion trajectory of the target object at any time period.
