Introduction to Water Fertilizer Integration Plan:

Smart agriculture The integrated solution for water and fertilizer in smart gardens is composed of the fertilization function of the ANC intelligent irrigation system combined with the fertilization machine/tower, achieving integrated fertilization and irrigation work. When the system is running, fertilization and irrigation can be carried out simultaneously or separately, realizing the combination of two functions of one system and one pipeline, making it more convenient for users to use. One click setting, automatic fertilization, and integrated water and fertilizer management are achieved. Very suitable for irrigation and fertilization in large farmland or gardens.

Function description:

1. Utilize existing intelligent irrigation systems to manage fertilization without the need for additional pipelines, saving time and effort.

2. Remote phone/computer settings for fertilization, activate the fertilization function, and automatically start fertilization; Optional manual or automatic end of fertilization.

3. Users can choose to fertilize a single or multiple areas simultaneously to meet different fertilization needs.

4. The system can be powered by solar energy or AC, with wireless communication and no cables on site, saving installation and maintenance costs.

5. Irrigation and fertilization can be carried out simultaneously or separately without interfering with each other.

6. Two fertilization options are available: 1) The system can be used in conjunction with a fertilization cabinet to control fertilization, and an additional fertilization cabinet needs to be purchased; 2) Fertilization can be controlled by combining with a fertilizer tower, which is actually a large fertilizer bucket. Accurately control the amount of fertilizer to meet the needs of plant growth.

7. Automatically irrigate the moist soil for 5 minutes before fertilization begins, and then rinse the pipeline for another 5 minutes after fertilization is completed.

Instructions for Fertilization Steps:

1. The user prepares the required fertilizer, one or more, and puts them into the fertilizer bucket according to the required amount and proportion. The user manually opens the water injection valve of the fertilizer bucket, injects a certain amount of water, mixes and dissolves the fertilizer, and then closes the water injection valve. Generally, fertilization towers or cabinets are equipped with stirring devices to mix and dissolve fertilizers evenly.
2. Users manually operate fertilization on the computer/mobile app, select the area number they want to fertilize, check the end of fertilization method and set relevant parameters, click "Execute", and the system will automatically start fertilization.

Note that before starting fertilization, the system will forcibly turn off all automatic irrigation.
Among them, there are three options for ending fertilization:
1). Scheduled end of fertilization: Users can set a fertilization time of, for example, 45 minutes, and when the scheduled time is reached, fertilization will be automatically turned off.
2). End fertilization according to flow rate: When the user set fertilization flow rate is reached, fertilization will be automatically turned off.
3). Manually end fertilization. When the user believes that the fertilization amount meets the needs of the plant, the fertilization will be manually turned off by remote control.
After this round of fertilization is completed, the fertilization function will automatically turn off. Before the next fertilization, the fertilization function in the area that needs to be fertilized needs to be reactivated.
4. Plan 1 (Fertilization Tower): Fertilization and irrigation can be carried out simultaneously or separately; Option 2 (Fertilizer Cabinet): Fertilization and irrigation are carried out simultaneously.

Integrated Water and Fertilizer Plan 1: Fertilization Tower

The fertilization tower scheme is shown in the following figure. The principle is simple and easy to understand, and the cost is relatively low. Users can purchase the fertilization tower/mixing device/fertilization booster pump and the required accessories by themselves, and they can start working after installation. When using a fertilizer tower, if the user chooses to end fertilization by flow rate and sets the fertilization flow rate, please refer to the following formula for calculation:

A: The main controller of the ANC irrigation system is the core part of the entire system, which can control all field controllers. It is connected to mobile phones/computers through WIFI/4G and uploads data to the cloud.

B: The water source pump provides water supply for the entire irrigation area.

C: Mainstream gauges and main pressure gauges are used to protect water pumps.

D: The check valve of the irrigation supervisor prevents irrigation water or fertilizer water from flowing back to the water source of the pump.

E: Fertilization tower, customers can purchase it themselves, and customers can provide fertilizer mixing devices for the tower according to their needs, which are used to mix and dissolve fertilizers.

F: Flow meter and main valve controller for ANC irrigation system.

G: The fertilizer booster pump pressurizes the fertilizer coming out of the fertilizer tower, so that the fertilizer water has sufficient pressure to flow into the irrigation main pipeline.

H: Fertilizer flow meter is used to detect fertilizer flow rate, making it convenient for users to grasp the amount of fertilizer applied. Please refer to the above figure for the calculation formula of fertilizer flow rate.

I: Fertilization main valve, open and close, used to control the opening and closing of fertilization.

J: Manual ball valve, used for manually opening or closing fertilizer pipes, convenient for users to inspect and handle emergency situations.

K: Filter, filter undissolved fertilizer residue.

L: Check valve to prevent irrigation water from entering the fertilizer pipe and flowing back to the fertilizer tower.

M: Irrigation supervisor: After entering the irrigation supervisor, fertilizer is mixed with irrigation water and flows into the farmland together to complete fertilization and irrigation.

N: Manually open the valve and inject water into the fertilizer tower to dissolve the fertilizer.

O: The remote control software for ANC irrigation system allows users to remotely set and control the system operation through a computer or mobile app.

Integrated Water and Fertilizer Solution 2: Fertilization Cabinet

Fertilizer cabinet scheme: As shown in the figure below, the fertilizer applicator consists of a fertilizer cabinet, a fertilizer bucket and its accessories (such as a mixing device). Users need to purchase a set of fertilizer applicator equipment by themselves. Fertilizers on the market generally include: a fertilizer cabinet (Venturi), a fertilizer bucket, a fertilizer mixing device and its accessories, etc. The fertilizer bucket has a pipe connected to the fertilizer cabinet. The fertilizer cabinet uses the Venturi principle to suck the fertilizer from the fertilizer bucket into the fertilizer cabinet, mix it with pure water from the water source, and then flow out of the fertilizer cabinet. The fertilizer booster pump at the outlet of the fertilizer cabinet will pressurize the fertilizer water coming out of the fertilizer cabinet, allowing it to flow into the irrigation main pipe and flow into the farmland together with the irrigation water; When using a fertilizer cabinet and ending fertilization according to the fertilization flow rate, please refer to the following calculation formula when setting the end flow rate value:
