Equipment features:

1. Heating method: energy-saving and environmentally friendly, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating of the pot body.

This series of equipment mainly consists of a pot body, a frame body, a mixing system, a heating system, a speed control transmission device, a mixing arm, a pot body flipping system, etc.

1Pot body:Beihai head formed by one-time stamping.

2Frame body:It is welded from square tubes and sheet metal, and the frame is responsible for bearing and fixing the pot body, mixing system, transmission device, mixing arm, and hydraulic system.

3Mixing system:It is composed of a stirring arm and wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant PTFE material. The mixing method adopts a special inclined transmission, and the planetary stirrer used is in full contact with the pot body. The mixing system adopts a combination of self rotation and revolution, with a non integer transmission ratio to ensure that there are no mixing blind spots inside the pot.

4Heating system:There are two types: gas type and steam type. Gas type consists of a noiseless burner and gas pipes.

5Speed control transmission device:The speed regulator adopts a stepless frequency converter, and the reducer adopts a domestic reducer

6Pot flipping system:The automatic type consists of a hydraulic station and an oil cylinder.
