Working principle
A small heat transfer oil furnace uses electric heating tubes to heat the organic heat carrier (heat transfer oil) to the process temperature, and uses a high-temperature oil pump for forced liquid-phase circulation to transfer heat energy to the heating equipment. It can also achieve high working temperature at lower working pressure, with a thermal efficiency of 95%. Convert electrical energy into heat energy and transfer it to the heating equipment, repeating this process to achieve continuous heat transfer, raising the temperature of the heated object and meeting the heating process requirements.
A small thermal oil furnace can only withstand pump pressure, and the thermal oil heating system has no explosion hazard, making it safer; The exhaust emissions of organic heat carrier heaters are extremely low, with no pollution or heat pollution, meeting environmental protection requirements. Thermal oil has good thermal stability, excellent heat transfer performance, and low vapor pressure. According to the process characteristics of the thermal oil electric heating furnace, a high-precision digital program temperature controller is selected to automatically start the process program parameters for PID adjustment and temperature control. The control system of the oil heating furnace is a closed-loop negative feedback system. The oil temperature signal detected by the thermocouple is transmitted to the PID stabilization controller, which drives the contactless controller to control the output power of the heater by adjusting the output duty cycle within a fixed period.
