1. Turn on the power switch and open the water supply valve;
2. Press the preheating switch, heater switch, and set the forming temperature to around 155 degrees.
3. Place the PVC hard sheet slightly past the stepping wheel.
4. Press the main motor start switch, soak the PVC for 3 meters, and then press the stop switch.
5. Insert the bubble strip into the machine position, slightly step over the roller, and enter the stainless steel guide plate on the die.
6. When the temperature displayed on the temperature controller is around 200 degrees, lay the aluminum foil and open the feeder gate, then press the heater motor switch.
7. Turn on the main motor start switch, close the mesh roller, and the machine will start working fully.

Cut off the water source, open the two drain screws on the cover, and remove the accumulated water in the rolling mold cavity. Unscrew the 2 hexagon socket screws on the sealing cover, remove the sealing cover, use a special tool to remove the round nut that fixes the rolling die, pull it out from the spindle, and then install the rolling die in reverse steps. Be careful not to scratch or damage the surface of the rolling die during disassembly. During installation, a small amount of engine oil should be applied to the mating surface, and attention should be paid to checking whether the O-ring seal is intact.
