Characteristics of QDX series small submersible pumps
A small submersible pump consists of four parts: base, pump head, motor, and housing. The motor is located at the top of the electric pump and is a single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motor; The submersible pump is located at the lower part of the electric pump and has a centrifugal impeller and volute structure; Double end mechanical seals are used between the water pump and the motor, and 'O' - shaped oil resistant rubber seals are used for static sealing at each fixed stop.
The QDX series household submersible pump shaft has been treated with hard chrome plating, effectively improving the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the shaft, while also facilitating the maintenance and disassembly of the impeller.
The motor is equipped with a thermal protector, which can automatically disconnect the power supply to protect the motor in case of phase loss, overload, motor overheating, etc. of the electric pump.
QDX series small submersible water pump usage conditions:
1. The medium temperature shall not exceed+40 ℃;
2. The pH value of the medium is between 6.5-8.5;
3. The volume ratio of solid impurities in the medium shall not exceed 0.1%, and the particle size shall not exceed 0.2mm;
4. The power supply has a single-phase voltage of 220V, a three-phase voltage of 380V, a frequency of 50Hz, and a voltage fluctuation range of 0.9-1.1 times the rated value.
5. The diving depth shall not exceed 5m.
