Operating principle of six temperature zone lead-free reflow soldering machine
The function of this machine is to heat the components pasted on the surface of the PCB. Generate reflux and uniform hot air to melt the solder paste, thereby obtaining the specified solder paste temperature chart. Without causing any damage to the PCB and components (such as burning or dark burning), the stable controlled temperature ensures excellent soldering quality. In practical applications, it can also be used for curing surface mount adhesive (the speed can be appropriately accelerated).
