Applicable environment explanation:

1. ISG type single-stage vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is used for conveying clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressure boosting, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other cold and warm water circulation boosting and equipment matching. The operating temperature is T ＜ 80 ℃.

2. The IRG (GRG) vertical hot water (high temperature) circulation pipeline centrifugal pump is widely used in energy, metallurgy, chemical, textile, papermaking, hotels, restaurants and other boiler high-temperature hot water pressurized circulation transportation and urban heating system circulation pumps. The IRG type uses a temperature T<120 ℃, and the GRG type uses a temperature T<240 ℃.

3. IHG type vertical chemical centrifugal pump is used for conveying liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, food and pharmaceutical, and synthetic fiber. The operating temperature ranges from -20 ℃ to 120 ℃.

4. YG type vertical pipeline centrifugal oil pump is used to transport petroleum products such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, etc. The temperature of the transported medium is -20 ℃~+120 ℃.

Note: The suction pressure of the pipeline centrifugal pump is ≤ 1.0MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system is ≤ 1.6MPa, that is, the suction inlet pressure+pump head is ≤ 1.6MPa, and the pump static pressure test pressure is ≤ 2.5MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be separately stated when ordering, so that the overcurrent and connection parts of the pump can be made of cast steel materials during manufacturing. The ambient temperature is less than 40 ℃ and the relative humidity is less than 95.

Installation requirements:

1. There are two types of vertical pipeline centrifugal pumps: rigid connection installation and flexible connection installation.

2. When installing a vertical pipeline centrifugal pump, the weight of the pipeline should not be added to the water pump to avoid deformation of the pump.

3. When installing a single-stage single suction vertical centrifugal pipeline centrifugal pump, the foundation bolts must be tightened to avoid the impact of vibration on pump performance during start-up.

4. Before installing the vertical pipeline centrifugal pump, check whether the fasteners of the unit are loose and whether there are foreign objects blocking the flow channel of the pump body to prevent damage to the impeller and pump body during pump operation.

5. In order to facilitate maintenance and ensure safe use of vertical pipeline centrifugal pumps, a regulating valve is installed on each inlet and outlet pipeline of the pump, and a pressure gauge is installed near the pump outlet to ensure operation within the rated head and flow range, ensuring normal operation of the pump and increasing its service life.

6. After installing the vertical pipeline centrifugal pump, the pump shaft should be moved, and the impeller should have no friction sound or jamming phenomenon. Otherwise, the pump should be disassembled to check the cause.
