The host is designed with an exhaust device to release the gas generated by heating the material, making the particles full, firm, and smooth. We have added a feeding device to this machine in our factory to improve production safety. The screw and barrel are made of high-quality 38GrMoAl material, which has been treated with nitriding and has the advantages of wear resistance and corrosion resistance; The filter device adopts electric or hydraulic replacement, which is easy and fast to operate, greatly improving productivity.
