AUT uniQCL is a single frequency high-power semiconductor quantum cascade laser that can operate at room temperature without additional cooling. The center wavelength can be selected from 3.8 to 12 microns, and pulse or continuous output modes are available.
AUT uniQCL quantum cascade laser can provide coupled output, and AsSe fiber has extremely low loss in the mid infrared band.
