Single cone double spiral cone mixer is used in various industries such as chemical, metallurgical, food, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, coating, pigment, dye, pesticide, rubber feed, additive, refractory material, fine chemical, new material, electronic plastic, ceramic, mining, building materials, etc. This mixer has a wide adaptability to mixed materials, and can be equipped with a spray system for mixing and stirring powder, granular materials, slurry or viscous substances. It can be designed according to user requirements for vacuum state, pressure state, heating or cooling and other process conditions to meet the mixing and stirring of materials under various process conditions. It will not overheat thermosensitive materials, will not press feed or grind granular materials, and will not produce delamination or segregation when mixing materials with significant differences in weight and particle size. It also has good adaptability to the mixing of coarse, fine, and ultrafine particles, fibers, or flakes.

Working principle
The rapid rotation of the two asymmetric spirals inside the mixing machine cylinder lifts the material upwards, forming two asymmetric spiral shaped material flows along the cylinder wall from bottom to top. The spiral revolution driven by the rotating arm causes the material outside the spiral to enter the spiral envelope to varying degrees. Some of the material is displaced and lifted, while the other is thrown out of the spiral, thus achieving continuous diffusion of the material in the circumferential direction. The two streams of material that are lifted to the upper part then converge towards the central cavity, forming a downward material flow that fills the void at the bottom, thus forming a convective cycle. Due to the combination of the above movements, the material was uniformly mixed in a short period of time with high mixing accuracy.

Structural characteristics
The single cone double helix cone mixer consists of a transmission part, a cylinder cover, a screw, a cylinder body, and a discharge valve.
1. Transmission part: The motion of the self rotating motor and the revolving motor is adjusted to a reasonable speed through worm gears and gears, and then transmitted to the screw to achieve both self rotation and revolving motion.
2. Cylinder cover part: The cylinder cover supports the entire transmission part, which is fixed on the cylinder cover with screws. The cylinder cover is equipped with a feeding port, observation port, cleaning port, and maintenance hole.
3. Spiral part: When two asymmetrically arranged spirals inside the cylinder move around the planet, they flip the material over a large range to quickly achieve uniform mixing.
4. Cylinder part: The cylinder has a conical structure and is used for material handling. The material is discharged quickly, cleanly, without accumulation, and without dead corners.
5. Discharge valve: The discharge valve is installed at the bottom of the cylinder to control the material and discharge. The discharge valve can be in three structural forms: manual, pneumatic, and electric. A liquid discharge valve (slurry valve) can be installed according to user needs.
