When used, it is coated on the waterproof base layer, and a tough, soft, and seamless rubber waterproof film is formed on the surface of the base layer by chemical reaction between the - NCO end group in the polyurethane prepolymer and moisture in the air.
1. Ready to use on-site, convenient for construction. The requirements for the moisture content of the base layer are not strict, and construction can be carried out on damp base surfaces or under conditions of high relative humidity.
2. Polyurethane coating has high tensile strength, elongation, good elasticity, high and low temperature resistance, and strong adaptability to base shrinkage and cracking deformation.
3. A single application can reach a thickness of 1-3mm, with a dense coating and no pinholes or bubbles. Strong adhesive force, no need to apply base treatment agent on various substrates that meet the requirements.
4. The color can be adjusted to meet the personalized requirements of different customers for different surface colors.
Ingredients and Dosage:Mix evenly according to the construction amount. The reference dosage is approximately 1.3-1.5kg/m square meter for a 1mm thick coating.
Large scale waterproofing construction:Evenly spread the mixed coating with a rubber or plastic scraper, with a consistent thickness of generally 1.5mm-2.0mm. It is recommended to brush it in 3-4 coats, and the subsequent coat should be applied vertically after the previous coat has solidified into a film. Generally, it is applied separately as a film. An additional layer of matrix reinforcement material should be added to the underground engineering floor.
Remaining film thickness:The underground engineering is 1.2-2.0mm, and generally should be 15mm. The bathroom should not be less than 1.5mm. When multiple layers of waterproofing are used for exposed roof engineering, the thickness of each layer should not be less than 1.2mm. When one layer of waterproofing is installed on the roof with a waterproof level of 1, the waterproof thickness should not be less than 2mm. The thickness of the coating below the body should not be less than 1.0mm, and the thickness of the coating on top should not be 0.5mm.
Construction of decorative layer:Clean the surface with sand particles before the final coat of paint solidifies.
Protective layer:The surface of the waterproof layer of the bed membrane should be isolated and protected according to the design requirements.
Single component polyurethane waterproof coating is a reactive wet cured polymer waterproof coating. It is mainly made of isocyanates and polyethers, mixed with various additives such as latent curing agents and plasticizers, and processed by special processes such as high-temperature dehydration and polymerization reaction.
