Purpose: This equipment is specifically designed for the shaping and vulcanization of rubber sealing ring products in various rubber industries. After the decomposition of oxides in products such as silicone rubber and fluororubber triggers high polymer reactions, low molecular weight compounds such as benzene and benzoic acid are generated, which will affect the mechanical properties of rubber. The secondary vulcanization oven rapidly evaporates the compounds inside silicone rubber and fluororubber through high-temperature hot air circulation.
