The thicker the injection height, the more difficult it is to cure. Under normal circumstances, the curing time of the adhesive is 3-7 days. If the high-temperature high-efficiency filter that is not completely cured is directly installed on the high-temperature equipment for normal use,

It will inevitably cause phenomena such as cracking, expansion, and detachment of the high-temperature adhesive from the outer frame; To address the above issues, the following two solutions are proposed:

The high-temperature and high-efficiency filter needs to be used normally after 7 days;

If the customer needs to install it immediately, it is recommended that they follow the following steps before using our high-temperature and high-efficiency filter:

Resistant to 250℃High temperature resistant and efficient filterSlowly raise the temperature to 100 ℃ in the high-temperature equipment, then maintain the temperature for 2 hours before shutting down for cooling;

After adjusting the temperature to 150 ℃ for 1 hour, stop the machine for cooling

After adjusting the temperature to 200 ℃ for 1 hour, stop the machine for cooling

After adjusting the temperature to 250 ℃ for 1 hour, stop the machine for cooling

After slow cooling, it can be used normally.

Resistant to 350-400℃High temperature resistant and efficient filterSlowly raise the temperature to 100 ℃ in the high-temperature equipment, then maintain the temperature for 2 hours before shutting down for cooling;

After adjusting the temperature to 150 ℃ for 1 hour, stop the machine for cooling

After adjusting the temperature to 200 ℃ for 1 hour, stop the machine for cooling

After adjusting the temperature to 250 ℃ for 1 hour, stop the machine for cooling

After adjusting the temperature to 300 ℃ for 1 hour, stop the machine for cooling

After adjusting the temperature to 350 ℃ for 1 hour, stop the machine for cooling

After adjusting the temperature to 400 ℃ for 1 hour, stop the machine for cooling

After slow cooling, it can be used normally.
