1、 Product Overview:
This equipment adopts internationally advanced biological treatment technology. Based on the summary of the operating experience of domestic and foreign domestic sewage treatment devices, combined with our company's own scientific research achievements and engineering practice, we have designed a complete set of organic wastewater treatment devices that can be buried underground. It integrates the removal of BOD5, COD, and NH3-N, with stable and reliable technical performance, good treatment effect, low investment, automated operation, easy maintenance and operation, does not occupy surface area, does not require building, and does not require heating and insulation. Flowers and grass can be planted above the main area without affecting the surrounding environment.
This device is suitable for the treatment and reuse of domestic sewage in residential communities, villages, towns, office buildings, shopping malls, hotels, restaurants, sanatoriums, government agencies, schools, military units, hospitals, highways, railways, factories, mines, tourist attractions, and similar small and medium-sized industrial organic wastewater from slaughter, aquatic product processing, food, and other industries. 2、 Process description:
1. Buried below the surface, the surface above the equipment can be used for greening or other purposes, without the need for building houses, heating, or insulation.
2. The secondary biological contact oxidation treatment process adopts push flow biological contact oxidation, which has better treatment effect than fully mixed or two-stage series fully mixed biological contact oxidation tanks, and has a smaller volume than activated sludge tanks. It has strong adaptability to water quality, good impact load resistance, stable effluent water quality, and will not produce sludge expansion. A new type of elastic three-dimensional packing material is used in the pool, with a large specific surface area and easy biofilm formation and detachment by microorganisms. Under the same organic load conditions, it has a high removal rate of organic matter and can improve the solubility of oxygen in the air in water.
3. The biochemical tank adopts the biological contact oxidation method, which has a relatively low volume load of the filling material, and the microorganisms are in the self oxidation stage, resulting in low sludge production. It only takes more than three months (90 days) to discharge the sludge (the user's manure truck sucks or dehydrates it into a sludge cake for external transportation).
4. The deodorization method of the buried domestic sewage treatment equipment adopts conventional high-altitude exhaust and is equipped with soil deodorization measures.
5. The entire equipment processing system is equipped with a fully automatic electrical control system and equipment fault alarm system, which operates safely and reliably. 8、 Basic installation, use, and maintenance:
1. Foundation: If the WSZ series equipment is placed above the floor, only a concrete floor with the same appearance as the equipment needs to be prepared as the foundation. The basic pressure must be greater than 4T/m2, and it is also required to be horizontal and flat.
If the equipment is buried below the floor, the foundation elevation must be less than or equal to the equipment elevation and ensure that there is no water accumulation during rain. The foundation is generally made of plain concrete (whether reinforcement is required depends on the local geological conditions).
2. Installation: According to the installation diagram, place each box in place one by one. The position and direction of the boxes must not be misplaced, and the spacing between them must be accurate. The pipes must be connected properly.
Inject clean water into the equipment and check for any leaks in the pipes. If there are no leaks, cover the area around the box with soil, directly inspect the equipment holes, and level the ground. Connect the control line of the electrical control box to the water pump, and connect the electrical control box to the power supply. When wiring, pay attention to the direction of the fan and motor, which must be the same as the direction pointed by the fan.
9、 Equipment construction:
All pipelines of the equipment are made of PVC or stainless steel, and the connections between pipelines are bonded with PVC adhesive or welded with stainless steel.
Suspended biological fillers are used as biological carriers, with high biomass, easy membrane formation, no balling, and no clogging.
