Project Description
In the sewage treatment plant inlet pump station and reflux sludge pump station, in order to maintain the high efficiency operation of the water pump, the liquid level of the water tank is often controlled. A liquid level gauge is used to measure the liquid level of the water tank in the inlet pump station, and the liquid level signal is sent to the programmable controller system. The programmable controller controls the start and stop of the pump according to the liquid level, so as to maintain the liquid level in the inlet water tank within a certain range. In this system, the input/output signals of the PLC include: liquid level signal input (analog input), operation status signal of each pump (on/off or alarm, switch input), and control signal for on/off pump (switch output). Due to the widespread use of PLC control for water pump operation in sewage treatment plants, the upper computer adopts industrial control computer operation configuration software. In this case, an industrial Ethernet ring network is used to connect the upper computer and PLC. The computer in the central computer room monitors the operation of the main process equipment in the entire plant, collects process parameters and equipment operation status information, intervenes in the process if necessary, and sends instructions to the corresponding PLC.
