There are two types of upper and lower arms: single section and double section. The transverse drive can be selected from pneumatic drive, variable frequency motor drive, and AC servo motor drive, suitable for two plate and three plate molds It can increase production capacity (20-30), reduce product defect rate, save labor, accurately control output value, and ensure the safety of operators.

1. Horizontal movement can be driven by imported rodless cylinders, variable frequency motors, or AC servo motors. Two sets of imported high rigidity fine linear slides can be used in cooperation, ensuring smooth operation, low noise, low friction coefficient, and durability;

2. The arm adopts a single section imported high rigidity fine linear sliding rail upper and lower structure, and can be optionally equipped with a double section arm. The special belt double speed structure design can achieve the full stroke with only half of the stroke, greatly reducing the structural height of the upper and lower arms, improving the speed and stability of the up and down movement, and can cooperate with places with low factory height

3. Automatic detection alarm protection, such as insufficient air pressure or sudden malfunction, will automatically sound an alarm and eject the anti drop cylinder to ensure the protection of the robotic arm and mold.;
