Product Description:

1. This machine uses the working principle of self weighing to control the filling volume. The opening time of the filling valve is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC), and the material in the bin flows into the container to be filled by pressurization.

2. The filling part of this machine consists of fast filling, medium filling, and slow filling, with slow filling used for filling by-products. At the beginning of filling, all filling valves are opened for fast filling; When the filling reaches the fast feed value, the filling valve is closed to the middle filling position for middle filling; When the filling reaches the medium feed value, the filling valve is closed, and the slow filling valve is opened to fill the auxiliary material until the target weight is reached.

3. This machine is equipped with a special sealing device in the filling and discharging tube to prevent wire drawing or dripping during the filling of viscous liquids.
