Built in Win10 operating system, BrinScan V3.0 fully automatic Brinell hardness indentation measurement system, and office software;Using visual measurement technology, one click measurement, automatic loading, holding, unloading of test force, and automatic measurement of indentation;
● It can automatically calculate and display measurement values, maximum values, minimum values, average values, hardness value deviations, and hardness conversion values. It has functions such as setting upper and lower limits for hardness values, over tolerance alarms, data curve analysis, average values, and (single point) batch measurement modes;
Adopting electric loading and unloading test force, feedback is provided by a pressure sensor with a precision of 0.5 ‰, controlled by CPU, and capable of automatically compensating for the loss of test force during the test.
