Contact scanning probe:

1. The HP-S-X1 series probes are divided into three models: HP-S-X1S/HP-S-X1H/HP-S-X1C. HP-S-X1S and HP-S-X1H are connected to an automatic rotating measuring base for use, while HP-S-X1C can be directly placed on the Z-axis for use. The carrying capacity of the three is slightly different, and all support uninterrupted continuous scanning function;

2. HP-S-X3C: Fixed analog scanning probe, directly installed on the Z-axis for use, supports uninterrupted continuous scanning measurement;

3. HP-S-X5 (HD): Fixed analog scanning probe, divided into two models: HP-S-X5 and HP-S-X5HD. HP-S-X5 HD is an upgraded version of HP-S-X5, with improved portability. The temperature sensor option can be configured to automatically and accurately obtain temperature data on the surface of the workpiece, perform precise compensation, and obtain accurate measurement results.


4. LSP-S2 (SCAN+): LSP-S2 (SCAN+) adopts a simulated probe design. After touch testing, spatial vector measurement is performed simultaneously, with ultra-high accuracy and repeatability. High precision dynamic detection technology, no mechanical pre deviation before contact, maintenance free design. Support high-speed scanning of unknown and known surfaces, precise custom center measurement, VHSS variable high-speed scanning measurement.


5. LSP-S4: LSP-S4 is a high-resolution, low load probe. Support dynamic single point touch measurement, self centering measurement, and VHSS variable high-speed scanning measurement. By using a probe extension rod, the LSP-S4 continuous high-speed scanning probe can reach a maximum horizontal direction of 800mm, allowing for deep measurement of internal features of the measured workpiece. In addition, due to the integration of an automatic weight balancing system, the LSP-S4 can carry up to 1000g.


Non contact scanning probe:
