The dust removal efficiency of the bag filter in the sandblasting workshop mainly depends on the type of filter material. Generally, polyester needle punched felt fiber filter material is used, and the dust removal efficiency is above 99%.

(1) Pulse time: Generally, it should not be too long. If it is too long, it will increase the consumption of compressed air, usually 0.1-0.2 seconds.

(2) Spray pressure: Its size directly affects the cleaning effect. Generally, a spray pressure of 6-7kg/cm2 is required, but in practical use, this pressure cannot be guaranteed, which affects its cleaning effect.

(3) Pulse cycle of bag filter in sandblasting workshop: It directly affects the resistance of bag filter, therefore, a pulse cycle of 45-60s is generally selected.
