A reducer is a type of pipe fitting used for pipe diameters. a. Shrinkage/expansion forming

The process of reducing the diameter of the small and large heads is to place a tube blank with the same diameter as the large and small heads and large ends into a forming mold, and by pressing along the axial direction of the tube blank, the metal moves along the mold cavity and shrinks into shape. According to the size of the diameter change of the reducer, it can be divided into one-time compression forming or multiple compression forming.

b. Stamping forming

In addition to using steel pipes as raw materials to produce small and large heads, some specifications of small and large heads can also be produced using steel plates through stamping forming technology. The shape of the die used for stretching is designed based on the inner surface dimensions of the size head, and the steel plate after cutting is stamped and stretched into shape using the die.

Before bonding the large and small heads, wipe the socket side and the outer side of the socket with a dry cloth. If there is oil stains on the surface, wipe it clean with acetone. The following points should be noted:

1. Control caliber: DIN standard (DN10-DN150), 3A/IDF standard (1/2 "-6"), ISO standard (Ø 12.7- Ø 152.4);

2. Industrial standards: DIN, ISO, SMS, 3A, IDF, etc;

3. Product materials: stainless steel 304, 316, 316L;

4. Quality and Application: The large and small heads are polished both inside and outside using polishing equipment to achieve surface precision requirements; This product is suitable for industrial fields such as dairy products, food, beer, beverages, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, etc;

5. External processing: Non standard products can be processed according to user requirements with drawings and samples provided;

6. Connection methods: clamp (quick fit), welding, thread (union).

Attention should be paid to the large and small heads, which are also suitable for pipe diameter reduction in the dust removal industry. Generally, they are made by cutting and welding steel plates, with different pipe diameters and materials
