Sailudi gravure printing is equipped with a water-cooled UV curing unit using a drawer style water-cooled shutter UV lampshade, which has high energy concentration and power, suitable for high-speed and deep curing products. The focused UV lampshade has a small volume, quick replacement of the lamp tube, and low subsequent maintenance costs. The split type combination is interchangeable for each group, and the UV lamp tube installation and replacement are fast, easy to install, maintain, and care for. In various packaging products such as tea, tobacco, alcohol, food, and medicine, we use ozone blocking devices and ozone free UV lamps.
