Safety helmet anti-static tester
1、 The purpose and compliance with standards of the safety helmet anti-static tester
This instrument is used to test the anti-static performance of safety helmets. Meets the requirements of the anti-static testing standard in GB/T 2812-2006 "Test Methods for Safety Hats". GB/T 2811-2007 "Safety helmets"
2、 Main technical indicators
1. High resistance meter indication error: ± 1%,
2. Voltage: 100V DC
3、 Test method for anti-static tester of safety helmet
1. When measuring the anti-static performance of a safety helmet, it is necessary to maintain a constant temperature and humidity indoors.
2. The pre-treatment of the safety helmet before testing should not be less than 24 hours.
Preprocessing method:
Temperature and humidity regulation: Place the safety helmet in an environment with a temperature of 20 ℃± 2 ℃ and a relative humidity of 50% ± 5%
The above pre-treatment requirements can be combined with UV aging, high temperature chamber, low temperature chamber, constant temperature water immersion chamber, and temperature and humidity control chamber
3. Apply two electrodes parallel to the flat part of the tested helmet:
Electrode length: 100mm ± 1mm Electrode width: 1mm ± 0.1mm
The electrodes should be placed parallel with a spacing of 10mm ± 0.5mm. The electrode material is metal foil
4. Use conductive adhesive with a resistance of<1K Ω to bond between the electrode and the safety helmet.
5. Connect the measuring end of the high resistance meter to the electrode and read the resistance value displayed on the high resistance meter.
6. Exchange electrodes and repeat the measurement once.
7. Record and display numerical values; The average of two measurement readings is the actual measured surface resistivity.
Safety helmet electrical insulation performance tester
1、 The purpose and applicable standards of the safety helmet electrical insulation performance tester
Used to test the electrical insulation performance of safety helmets. The water storage tank adopts high-quality stainless steel and LED digital display of current and voltage values. Applicable standards: GB/T 2812-2006 "Test Methods for Safety Hats", GB/T 2811-2007 "Safety Hats"
2、 Main technical indicators of safety helmet electrical insulation performance tester
1. Current indication error ± 1%
2. Voltage indication error ± 1%
3. Timer reading error ± 1%
4. Probe diameter 4mm, with a hemispherical tip
5. Can increase the voltage to 1200V ± 25V within 1 minute and maintain it for 15 seconds
6. Voltage regulator: Range 1500V
3、 Test method for electrical insulation performance tester of safety helmet
Priority should be given to using methods 2 and 3 for measurement, and both testing methods are considered qualified if they pass simultaneously.
If the safety helmet has ventilation holes or metal parts penetrating the helmet shell, methods 1 and 3 should be used. If both testing methods are qualified at the same time, it is considered qualified.
Before testing, the safety helmet needs to be pre treated:
Pre treatment method: Soak in water and place in a water tank with a temperature of 20 ℃± 2 ℃ and a concentration of 3g/L sodium chloride solution for 24 hours. After removing the safety helmet from the solution, the surface of the helmet should be wiped dry within 2 minutes.
The above pretreatment requirements can be combined with QS5-A705 safety helmet comprehensive pretreatment box (including UV aging, high temperature box, low temperature box, constant temperature water immersion box, temperature and humidity control box)
Method 1: Place the safety helmet on the headform and tighten the headband; Contact the probe with any part of the outer surface of the safety helmet, with a hemispherical top; Apply an AC test voltage between the head mold and the probe, adjust the test voltage to 1200V ± 25V within 1 minute, and hold for 15 seconds; repeat the test, testing 10 points on each safety helmet. Record the magnitude of leakage current and possible breakdown phenomena.
Method 2: Place the safety helmet upside down in a suitable container and inject 3g/L sodium chloride solution into the container and the helmet shell until the solution surface is 10mm away from the edge of the helmet shell. Put the electrodes into the solution inside and outside the cap shell, adjust the test voltage to 1200V ± 25V within 1min, and keep it for 15s. Record the leakage current and possible breakdown phenomenon.
Method 3: Use two probes to contact any two points on the outer surface of the safety helmet and apply voltage, with a distance of not less than 20mm between the two points. Adjust the test voltage to 1200V ± 25V within 1 minute and hold for 15 seconds; measure the leakage current between the two points on the surface of the safety helmet, repeat the test, test 10 points on each safety helmet, record the magnitude of the leakage current and possible breakdown phenomena
