It can also be used for high-temperature heating such as sintering, dissolution, and analysis of metals and ceramics.
structural characteristics
·This series of resistance furnaces are all rectangular in shape, and the shells are made of welded angle steel and high-quality steel plates. The studio is a monolithic furnace made of refractory materials with built-in heaters. The furnace and shell are filled with special refractory materials, which have good insulation effect.
·The unique furnace door design ensures safe and convenient opening and closing operations, ensuring that high-temperature hot gases inside the furnace do not leak out.
·Microcomputer P.I.D. controller, easy to operate, precise temperature control, safe and reliable; The furnace door lining and door cover are made of high-quality stainless steel plate material, which has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, and high temperature deformation resistance.
·Working environment of resistance furnace: no conductive dust, explosive gas or corrosive gas around; There is no obvious vibration or turbulence.
