SW-TFG fume hood is a commonly used laboratory equipment that requires the discharge of harmful gases and the cleaning and discharge of pollutants during the experimental process.
1、 Working principle
The air in the laboratory is sucked into the static pressure box by the low-noise centrifugal fan at the top, and evenly blown out through the PVC pipe at the top (with the exhaust pipe connected to the outside), thus forming a negative pressure air curtain in the original experimental area, removing the original natural air or polluted air in the work area. After starting up, the ideal space can be achieved and maintained within five minutes. An adjustable fan is used to adjust the air volume to ensure that the wind speed in the work area is in an ideal state.
Structural Features
The box shell is tightly combined with medium fiber pressure fireproof board, and the inner walls are covered with stainless steel and layer hole plate to ensure long-term corrosion free. The surface of the stainless steel shell is smooth and dust-free, convenient, beautiful and durable.

4、 Installation and use
The device should be used in a relatively clean working environment. After plugging in a 220V AC power supply, it can be turned on according to the functions shown on the control panel. Before starting up, the working area and shell of the purification table should be carefully cleaned to remove surface dust. Normal operation and use can be carried out within five minutes after starting up.
5、 Maintenance
1. In general, when the working voltage of the fan is adjusted to the highest point and the ideal wind speed cannot be achieved, it indicates that there is too much dust accumulation in the air duct and it needs to be cleaned or updated.
2. When replacing air ducts or accessories, attention should be paid to the correct model, specification, and size (as configured by the original manufacturer), and ensure that the exhaust ducts are sealed around the indoor area to prevent any leakage.
