As is well known, it is impossible to produce good products without leveling and stress relief of the coil material, so the performance of the straightening machine plays a key role in production;2. Due to the different curvatures of the material at each point, a single arrangement of correction rollers cannot meet the requirements of high-precision straightening. The STS coil leveling machine innovatively adopts the straightening concept of large roller coarse straightening and small roller fine straightening, with different arrangements. The use of coarse straightening produces a single arc in the coil, which is then corrected with fine straightening to meet customer stamping requirements;
3. The leveling wheel and correction auxiliary wheel of the leveling machine are both made of imported SUJ2, heat-treated with HRC60 ° grinding, and then plated with hard chromium for grinding processing to ensure uniform hard chromium layer and shape tolerance of each axis;
4. The STS coil leveling machine uses a worm gear synchronous downward pressure mechanism for rough leveling, with a dial gauge attached, which can quickly find the leveling point;
5. The precision leveling adjustment of the leveling machine adopts a floating four point balance fine adjustment device, equipped with four precision dial gauges, which can quickly find the leveling point;
6. Adopting universal joint transmission and gear full transmission, suitable for products with high straightening accuracy requirements;
7. In addition to the straightening roller, the addition of the guide wheel in the STS roll leveling machine further improves the accuracy of the material by producing a rolling effect;
8. Each straightening wheel of the leveling machine is equipped with a leveling auxiliary wheel to ensure that it will not bend or deform during the production process, thereby improving the flatness quality of the product;
