Overview of SE, SH, SP series fail safe disc brakes
Compared with drum brakes, SE, SH, and SP series fail safe disc brakes have the advantages of compact structure, large braking force, and easy installation. They are mainly used for lifting, transportation, and other applications
Mechanical braking or deceleration for various industries such as metallurgy, mining, ports, construction machinery, cables, suspension equipment, wind turbines, textile machinery, etc.
■ Usage conditions
Environmental temperature: -20 ℃~50 ℃.
There must be no flammable or explosive gases in the surrounding work environment.
The relative humidity of the air should not exceed 90%.
The altitude of the usage location complies with GB755-2000.
Outdoor rain and snow erosion or corrosive gases and media should use anti-corrosion products.
SE, SH, SP series fail safe disc brakes
● Work brake, allowing high-frequency braking.
Strong braking force, low maintenance cost, equipped with automatic compensation device for pad wear (stable braking torque), short response time.
Large installation tolerance, brake disc end face runout: large value ± 0.2mm. Verticality deviation of the base relative to the disc: large value ± 4 ‰.
The deviation of the center distance of the brake disc relative to the base is ± 2.5mm.
This series includes the following types of brakes:
561SE, 560SE, 56SE, 5SE, 450SE, 4SE, 3SE brakes (electromagnetic release). An ESE/ESP matching power supply is required during work (specific parameters can be found in the matching power supply).
5SH, 450SH, 4SH, 3SH, 904SH brakes (hydraulic release). A hydraulic station is required during work.
5SP, 450SP, 4SP, 3SP brake (pneumatic release) (5bar)
● Safety brake.
The braking force is large, just like the working brake.
When overspeed is detected, it is used as an emergency brake, and under normal circumstances, the static brake response time is short.
Large installation tolerance, brake disc end face runout: large value ± 0.2mm. Verticality deviation of the base relative to the disc: ± 0.4 ‰.
This series includes the following types of brakes:
All SE series. Electromagnetic release. When working, there must be a matching power supply ESE/ESP (see matching power supply for specific parameters).
All SH series - mainly ST series. Hydraulic release. Equipped with a hydraulic station during work.
All SP series. Pneumatic release (5 bar)
Note: ST1SE and ST2SE are only suitable for use as safety brakes. It can also be used as a working brake when the frequency of use is very low.
According to different user needs, the following devices can be installed:
● Pad wear display (achieved through display switches or wear lines inside the pad).
Braking display (achieved through display switch).
● Manual release display (achieved through display switch)/p>
● Special applications
● Used for sintering pads with extremely high disk temperatures, special pads (without sparks, etc.)
Special discs (thickness, diameter, material, etc.).
