SPS pressure switches are designed for pressure monitoring of liquid and gas media, suitable for general industrial fields such as mechanical manufacturing, machine tool systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pressure monitoring, pumps, and compressors. This product integrates pressure switches, transmitters, and displays. It comes standard with two switch outputs (PNP or NPN), one analog output signal (0... 20mA | 4... 20mA or 0... 5V | 0... 10V), and one RS485 interface.

The SPS pressure switch adopts a highly integrated ARM industrial grade MCU as the core, combined with a high-precision AD converter and a high stability pressure sensor. After careful calibration, it ensures fast and accurate pressure measurement and switch action. The design of three large touch buttons with backlighting and integrated display makes on-site parameter settings very convenient.
From -0.1... 0.1MPa to 60MPa, there are multiple measurement ranges to choose from. In addition, various measurement forms such as absolute pressure, gauge pressure, and negative pressure can be provided. Zero point can be adjusted by pressing the button. The contact part is a circular welded sealed stainless steel film, which does not require internal seals and has a wide range of applications, even including corrosive media. Multiple process connections are available for selection. Supports standard MODBUS protocol, enabling remote data collection or parameter setting without the need to purchase additional communication adapters. Use standard M12x1 electrical plug.
The device is designed to be compact, with a 330 ° rotation between the main body and the process connection, and the display can also be flipped 180 °, making it convenient for on-site installation and monitoring.
