SMW-500 high-speed turbine plastic milling machine
Our factory has absorbed advanced technologies from both domestic and international sources to develop a series of grinding machines. Used for PVC plastics with low to moderate hardness, high-density PE, or other plastics that have been successfully ground and tested. Through practical operation in plastic product factories, it has been proven that adding 20% -30% calcium carbonate to ground powder during processing follow-up can maintain the chemical and physical properties of the products unchanged, and the output can reach 300kg. Therefore, this equipment is a cost saving and cost saving solution for plastic product factories to solve the problem of waste accumulation.
This machine is a new type of grinding mill developed by our factory, with the following characteristics:
(1) Compared with similar grinding machines, the output has been significantly increased (by 20% -50%) at the same power, saving energy consumption.
(2) Added dust collection devices, effectively reducing dust pollution.
(3) The discharge of the main fan reduces the labor intensity of the operators.
(4) The main engine door cover can be opened for easy maintenance and tool replacement.
(5) The use of Feng Shui dual cooling effectively reduces the working temperature inside the machine, and the developed material is not easily deformed. It is also beneficial for the grinding of heat sensitive plastics, and can be used to grind some PE and ABS materials.
Working principle
·The working part of the machine is the cutterhead. High speed particles are partially crushed after colliding with the toothed plate and are extracted by suction, while larger particles continue to collide and are extracted after being crushed. This reduces the load on the cutterhead, improves the grinding efficiency, and ensures even cooling of the powder.
·The main advantage of this machine is its low temperature. According to thermal work equivalent: converted into 860 kcal of heat per hour of work. This machine is equipped with external ventilation. The air volume reaches 50m/KW, and most of the heat is taken away by the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet air. A small amount of heat is solved by water cooling. The inlet temperature of cold water should not exceed 25 ℃, and the outlet water temperature should not exceed 45 ℃. In summer, the cooling water flow should be increased appropriately to reduce the temperature.
