The S M T series magneto electric speed sensor is used for sensing the absolute vibration of the bearing seat, casing, or structure relative to free space. It is mainly composed of magnetic circuit system, inertial mass, spring damping and other parts. It uses the principle of magneto electric induction to transform the vibration signal into a voltage signal, which is proportional to the vibration velocity value of the measured object. By integrating and amplifying the signal, the displacement signal can be obtained. This measurement can evaluate the comprehensive working conditions of rotating or reciprocating mechanisms. Its measurement frequency response range is generally 15Hz to 1000Hz, with a standard sensitivity of 30mv/mm/s, and can be installed vertically or horizontally. Strong anti-interference performance, able to work stably and reliably in harsh environments for a long time.
The SMT-3P sensor measures vibrations of 15-1000Hz with an amplitude of 1mm (P-P). It can be installed vertically and horizontally and is suitable for portable detection instruments to measure vertical and horizontal vibrations.
The SMT-3M sensor measures vibrations of 10-1000Hz with an amplitude of 2mm (p-p). It has two structures: vertical and horizontal installation, suitable for vertical or horizontal measurements, and can only be used for measurements along specified directions. It is often used in conjunction with monitoring instruments for long-term detection of vibrations in rotating machinery.
