Purpose:

Used for cutting intersecting lines of pipes in large steel structure sports venues, train stations, bridges, offshore oil drilling platforms, pipelines, large steel pipe towers, launch towers, bridge construction, ships, manufacturing equipment and other fields.

Product features and technical parameters:

This machine tool is a 3D CNC intersecting line cutting machine with 6 CNC axes and 1 positioning detection (the detection axis is selected for pipes above 900mm, with infinite rotation (the cutting gun revolves around the Z-axis) and a cutting torch swing angle of ± 60 °). The 3D trajectory graphic display is mainly used for automatic plasma cutting of steel pipe intersecting lines. The efficient and automatic intersecting line cutting of machine tools greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers and the cutting quality of workpieces. Machine tools have the characteristics of high efficiency, high precision, and easy operation.

This machine tool uses a four/five jaw self centering chuck, which can hold steel pipes with a maximum outer diameter of up to 600mm. Within this range, it can complete the requirements for cutting intersecting lines of various specifications of steel pipes. And relevant operation interfaces can be customized according to user needs.

The length of steel pipes that can be processed by this machine tool is 800-12000mm.

This machine tool has five CNC axes (infinite rotation power axis for pipe chuck, left and right movement axis for cutting torch, X-direction swing axis for cutting torch, Y-direction swing axis for cutting torch, and up-down movement axis for cutting torch).

The machine tool has upper and side position detection functions, automatically correcting and compensating for the position of the cutting torch (for pipes over 9000mm).

Equipped with a separate cutting torch lifting shaft, it is used to adjust the position of the cutting torch during the cutting process, maintain the relative position between the cutting torch and the workpiece, and improve the cutting quality.

The machine tool has a chuck that can be equipped with an automatic clamping device, which can achieve dynamic clamping of the chuck and effectively reduce the labor intensity of workers.

Integrated cutting and manufacturing software for pipe frame steel structure
