2)Gearbox

The product design adopts the technical specifications specified in ZBJ19009-88, and the gear and shaft parts are made of high-strength alloy steel material. The gear accuracy is GB10095-88, grade 6, and the tooth surface hardness is HRC-6. The output shaft end is equipped with an oversized thrust bearing, which can withstand the back thrust of the screw. The main standard components such as bearings and oil seals are made of high-quality domestic products. The whole machine has high load-bearing capacity, smooth transmission, low noise, and high efficiency.
