The SJB series wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant mortar pump is a single-stage single suction centrifugal pump developed by our company through the introduction, digestion, and absorption of advanced foreign technology, combined with the actual production needs in China.

All the overcurrent components of the pump are made of non-metallic materials with high mechanical strength, wear resistance, and good corrosion resistance, and are formed by high-temperature and high-pressure one-time molding. The shell is made of high-quality A3 steel that is resistant to compression and impact through investment casting. All mechanical seals are made of refined pressureless sintered silicon carbide with good wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The mechanical seal structure is uniquely designed, structurally reasonable, and has a long service life.

Performance range

This pump is widely used for transporting media such as acids, bases, salts (including hydrofluoric acid), strong oxidants, organic solvents, etc. containing certain solid particles at temperatures below 150 ℃. Specially suitable for the use of acid pickling lines, acid regeneration, neutralization stations, and degreasing lines in the metallurgical industry, as well as special media such as iron oxide scale liquid, slurry liquid, coal slag liquid, lime slag liquid, titanium dioxide liquid, etc., it can replace imported products.
