Installation and Debugging:
1. Before installation, the product model, certificate of conformity, user manual, and packing list must be rechecked.
2. The installation location should be within 15 meters of the accident prone area and within 10 seconds of running speed to reach the flushing area.
3. Installation and Debugging:
a. Connection between the base and the lower half of the riser: Wrap the raw material tape around the thread of the base and tighten the three-way connection with the water outlet.
b. Installation base: Adjust the direction of the three-way drainage outlet according to the position of the drainage pipe, mark the drilling position according to the screw holes on the base, and then set M10 expansion screws or anchor bolts according to the ground level.
c. Install the flushing pipeline: Tighten the flushing nozzle onto the curved horizontal pipe of the nozzle, wrap the other end of the nozzle pipe with raw material tape, and tighten it onto the upper half of the vertical pipe. Adjust the direction so that the flushing nozzle is facing downwards, and then lock the nozzle pipe with the back nut
d. Connect the upper and lower halves: Place a female pad at the female end and tighten it.
e. Install the eyewash basin: Wrap the raw material tape around the thread of the eyewash basin drain outlet, and connect it to the lower half of the reducing tee and tighten it.
f. Install the dual nozzle eye wash section: Place the G 189 "mesh pad into the G 189" lock nut and connect it to the G 189 "connectorTighten it.
g. Connect the inlet and outlet pipes, check whether the ball valve switch is flexible and in place, and whether there is any blockage.
h. The eye wash dual nozzle has an eye wash flow control valve in the middle of the two pipes, and the flow rate of the eye wash nozzle is controlled by the flow control valve. It has been debugged before leaving the factory. However, due to differences in water supply pressure and flow rate, it can be readjusted on-site during installation to achieve a flow rate suitable for human eyes. Adjustment method: Unscrew the top protective cap and use a straight screwdriver to adjust the valve stem. Rotate clockwise to reduce the flow rate. Rotate counterclockwise to increase the flow rate.
Usage tips:
1. This product is used in environments above 0 ℃. If it is used below 0 ℃, pipeline antifreeze maintenance is required;
2. Before installation, please flush the inlet pipeline thoroughly;
3. It is recommended to install an inlet control valve in the inlet pipeline. After use, close the inlet control valve first, and then close the eye wash valve after the water in the main body is drained
Usage:
Before use, open the inlet control valve first
When pouring, please pull down the pouring switch handle to open the pouring valve (opening angle 90 °), and push up the pouring switch handle to close the pouring valve. (The connecting rod of the ball valve is closed at 45 ° above the ball valve and open at 45 ° below it)
If you need to wash your eyes, please push the eye wash switch push plate clockwise to open the eye wash valve, and pull back the push plate counterclockwise to close the eye wash valve.
Maintenance and upkeep:
1. Emergency use is only allowed in case of accidents. It is strictly prohibited to use it for bathing during normal times.
