The main components include screws, barrels, machine heads, transmission systems, and electrical systems.

1. Screw is the main component for directly processing plastic and uniformly plasticizing it. It has a special structural form, and due to its rotation, the plastic raw material is pushed forward, stirred, and compressed, thereby achieving the quality requirements of the finished product. The screw is made of high-quality alloy steel 38CrMoAl material, which has undergone nitriding treatment to achieve high hardness and corrosion resistance.

2. The barrel is a component that accommodates plastic and screws. It has undergone nitriding treatment and also has characteristics such as wear resistance and corrosion resistance. There is a stainless steel heating ring on the outer surface of the barrel, which transfers heat to the plastic material through the barrel, causing it to become plasticized. The upper part of the machine head is equipped with three measuring holes and thermocouple holes to meet different process requirements.

3. The machine head is the final part of plastic product forming, located at the front end of the barrel and connected to the barrel through a union bolt. The front end of the machine head is equipped with a splitter plate, and a filter screen can be set in front of the filter screen according to the product process requirements (specifications are determined according to requirements). The outer surface of the machine head is equipped with a heating device to ensure that the product is formed in a hot melt state.
