The leveling method is to achieve high-precision leveling effect by the internal stress of the material after multiple rollers are pressed, and the leveling accuracy can reach 0.1mm/(diagonal 100 * 100mm), which can also be fine tuned to achieve better results.
7. This series has a leveling speed of 0-15m/min and uses a Delta frequency converter for variable frequency speed regulation. It can also be manually adjusted with a knob as needed. The main control system is centralized in an electrical control box and hung on the side of the machine for easy operation. The operation panel is simple and easy to understand, making it easy to operate. Install emergency stop switches in prominent positions at the four corners of the machine to ensure safe operation!
