The SGK fully automatic pipe expansion machine is equipped with a feeding traction device and corresponding program interface that matches the main machine. It can be connected to the extrusion main machine for practical use, and can also be used as a single machine for practical use. During pipe expansion, the movement of the pipe is done in a translational manner, which is stable, accurate, and not easy to damage the pipe. This model uses infrared heating and is a dual heating furnace type. Each heating furnace is equipped with a central heating core, and the forming method adopts a protective tube head shaping method. The pipe mouth forming size is accurate. The model is equipped with a switch for expanding solvent type socket (straight mouth) and expanding elastic sealing ring type socket (R mouth) on the control panel. The selection of pipe expansion method is very convenient, and the process adaptability is strong. The main electrical control components are imported.
