SF6 circuit breakers require evacuation, inflation, and micro water testing during installation and maintenance work. Different devices need to be replaced for each individual operation. After using this device, multiple operations can be completed continuously with one connection.
This product is used for SF6 switch inflation, vacuuming, and testing. One end of the hose is connected to an SF6 pressure reducing valve, and the other end is connected to an SF6 circuit breaker.
1. When inflating: First, turn on the gas source. When the pressure inside the SF6 circuit breaker is high due to heavy rain, the gas source will be replenished into the SF6 circuit breaker.
2. When vacuuming: Connect the hose to the vacuum truck, close the pressure valve, open the inlet and outlet valves, and perform vacuuming.
3. During testing: Connect the hose to the testing instrument and introduce the tested gas into the instrument by opening the valve for testing.
This product can withstand a maximum pressure of ≤ 1Mpa
