Product Introduction

SF6 gas, as the most stable greenhouse effect gas currently discovered, has been experimentally proven to have strong spectral absorption characteristics at 10.5um. The SF6 laser transmitter utilizes advanced design methods and technologies such as carbon dioxide laser, narrowband filter, high-sensitivity and low-noise photoelectric detection circuit, stable optical chopper, reference optical path, and open optical path structure to achieve real-time, in line high-sensitivity infrared laser spectral telemetry of SF6 gas concentration in the measured area.
SF6 laser transmitter is based on the analysis and comparison of relevant gas detection methods in the same industry at home and abroad, and applies advanced open optical path high-sensitivity mid infrared laser absorption spectroscopy technology to SF6 gas detection. It fully owns independent intellectual property rights, is the first of its kind in China, and has reached the international leading level of technology.
The intelligent SF6 laser transmitter comprehensively utilizes an open system platform that integrates open optical path high-sensitivity mid infrared laser absorption spectroscopy technology, data acquisition and processing, and communication technology. All its functions are designed modularly, making it easy for engineering installation and maintenance. The system itself has an automatic concentration calibration function, which does not require additional regular calibration.

Product Features

1. The laser transmitter consists of an intelligent analog quantity collector, a laser emission and intensity monitoring unit, a laser receiving unit, a signal processing unit, etc., to achieve real-time monitoring of SF6 gas concentration in the air of the area.
2. Quantitative detection and analysis function for SF6 gas in regional air (using open optical path high-sensitivity mid infrared laser absorption spectroscopy technology to eliminate the fluctuation of laser intensity and the influence of external environment).
3. Real time display of SF6 gas concentration value in the air of the area, setting the alarm concentration arbitrarily, and issuing an over limit alarm function when the SF6 gas concentration in the environment exceeds the set alarm value.
4. Each SF6 gas laser detector can monitor the concentration changes of SF6 within a range of 0.1-200m, without the need for any sampling device. Only one reflector is needed, and the laser passes through the area to be monitored and is reflected back by the reflector to reach the detector, thus achieving the measurement of SF6 concentration in the entire optical path.
5. Using laser spectral absorption technology for SF6 gas leakage detection, the measurement accuracy can be higher than one millionth, the detection resolution reaches the level of 1ppm, and the repeatability is good, stable and reliable, with a long service life and quantitative analysis. Open optical path technology is adopted to avoid sampling and achieve large-scale continuous spatial monitoring. The operation is simple and the failure rate is low.
