1: Product Overview
The SCYG411 input type liquid level transmitter measures water pressure or liquid level using the principles of fluid statics. The highly sensitive silicon pressure resistance sensor accurately measures the hydrostatic pressure of the liquid proportional to the depth of the liquid level, and converts it into standard current, voltage, or digital signal output through a signal conditioning circuit, establishing a linear correspondence between the output signal and the depth of the liquid, and achieving the measurement of the depth of the liquid.
The sensor part of the immersion type liquid level is a fully sealed stainless steel structure, and the air guide cable is made of polyethylene or nitrile rubber material. The product has high precision and small volume. It can be directly put into the liquid to measure the liquid height from the end of the transmitter to the liquid level, making it easy to use. Suitable for liquid level measurement and control in the fields of petroleum, chemical, power plants, urban water supply, and hydrological exploration.

7: Precautions for use and installation
1. Choose a stable voltage power supply to supply power separately. The stability of the power supply affects the performance indicators of the transmitter, and its error should be controlled below one-fifth of the allowable error of the transmitter. For products with special power supply requirements, a special power source must be connected.
2. The signal line of the liquid level transmitter should be a shielded cable to prevent electromagnetic wave interference.
3. Connect the transmitter according to the correct wiring method, and the power on time should be around twenty minutes.
If the liquid level transmitter is installed in a pool, water tower, or other places, its probe can be submerged at the bottom of the water, away from positions where the water flow is too fast.
5. The installation of liquid level transmitters used in situations with large fluctuations such as submersible pumps should use the method of inserting steel pipes, which should be firmly fixed. A hole should be opened on the steel pipe at regular intervals, and the position of the steel pipe should be away from the inlet and outlet.
6. The junction box should be firmly fixed or equipped with a fixed bracket. It should be kept away from dry and shaded areas and should not be exposed to rain.
7. Protect the ventilation cable, do not bend or block it, and do not damage it. Excess cables can be coiled up nearby.
8. Lightning protection measures should also be taken for outdoor installed liquid level transmitters.
9. The immersion type liquid level transmitter should be cleaned once a month during use.
When cleaning the input type liquid level transmitter, the screw cap at the bottom of the input type liquid level should be opened first, and carefully remove all the debris attached to the liquid level gauge.
11. When cleaning the pressure interface and pressure hole of the input type liquid level transmitter, it is forbidden to use brushes or metal tools with excessive hardness to prevent damage to the sensitive core and pressure interface threads.
