1: Product Overview
The SCYG410 universal series pressure transmitter uses silicon pressure resistance sensing elements as the core of the sensor to measure gauge pressure, negative pressure, and absolute pressure. The core components of the product are selected from international first-line brands, with built-in signal conditioning circuits that convert sensor signals into standard current, voltage, or digital signal outputs. It can be directly connected to computer interfaces, control instruments, intelligent instruments, or PLCs. Stainless steel sealed structure, small volume, light weight. Easy and simple installation, strong anti-interference, vibration and impact resistance, widely used in the measurement and control of liquids and gases in industries such as process control, aviation, aerospace, automotive, medical equipment, etc.

7: Precautions for installation of universal pressure sensors
1. Please measure the medium compatible with the sensor membrane. The medium temperature is within 80 ℃.
When measuring liquids, the pressure tap should be opened at the bottom of the side of the pipeline to prevent sedimentation inside the liquid from accumulating in the pressure tap. The installation position should avoid direct impact of fluid to prevent the formation of water hammer effect, in order to ensure the service life of the pressure sensor.
When measuring gas, the pressure tap should be opened at the top of the pipeline, and the pressure transmitter should also be installed at the upper part of the process pipeline, so that accumulated liquid can easily flow into the process pipeline.
When there is debris in the application site medium, the pipeline should be cleaned in a timely manner to prevent sediment from depositing in the conduit.
