Product details
Usage conditions
Environmental temperature: -20 ℃~50 ℃.
There must be no flammable or explosive gases in the surrounding work environment.
The relative humidity of the air should not exceed 90%.
The altitude of the usage location complies with GB755-2000.
Outdoor rain and snow erosion or corrosive gases and media should use anti-corrosion products.
SE, SH, SP series fail safe disc brakes
The working brake allows high-frequency braking.
Strong braking force, low maintenance cost, equipped with automatic compensation device for pad wear (stable braking torque), short response time.
Large installation tolerance, brake disc end face runout: maximum value ± 0.2mm. Verticality deviation of the base relative to the disc: maximum value ± 4 ‰.
The maximum deviation of the center distance of the brake disc relative to the base is ± 2.5mm.
This series includes the following types of brakes:
561SE, 560SE, 56SE, 5SE, 450SE, 4SE, 3SE brakes (electromagnetic release). An ESE/ESP matching power supply is required during work (specific parameters can be found in the matching power supply).
5SH, 450SH, 4SH, 3SH, 904SH brakes (hydraulic release). A hydraulic station is required during work.
5SP, 450SP, 4SP, 3SP brake (pneumatic release) (5bar)
Safety brake.
The braking force is large, just like the working brake.
When overspeed is detected, it is used as an emergency brake, and under normal circumstances, the static brake response time is short.
Large installation tolerance, brake disc end face runout: maximum value ± 0.2mm. Verticality deviation of the base relative to the disc: ± 0.4 ‰.
This series includes the following types of brakes:
All SE series. Electromagnetic release. When working, there must be a matching power supply ESE/ESP (see matching power supply for specific parameters).
All SH series - mainly ST series. Hydraulic release. Equipped with a hydraulic station during work.
All SP series. Pneumatic release (5 bar)
Note: ST1SE and ST2SE are only suitable for use as safety brakes. It can also be used as a working brake when the frequency of use is very low.
According to different user needs, the following devices can be installed:
Pad wear display (achieved through display switches or wear lines inside the pad).
Braking display (achieved through display switch).
Manual release display (achieved through display switch)
Special applications
Used for sintering pads with extremely high disk temperatures, special pads (without sparks, etc.)
Special discs (thickness, diameter, material, etc.).

The SBD250-A safety disc brake has a hydraulic type and is controlled by hydraulic pressure. The main components include the brake disc, cylinder, brake caliper, oil pipe, etc. The brake disc is made of alloy steel and fixed on the wheel, rotating with the wheel. The cylinder is fixed on the bottom plate of the brake and cannot move. The two friction plates on the brake caliper are installed on both sides of the brake disc. The piston of the cylinder is driven by hydraulic pressure from the oil pipe, pushing the friction plates towards the brake disc for friction braking. The action is like using pliers to clamp the rotating disc and force it to stop. Disc brakes have fast heat dissipation, light weight, simple structure, and easy adjustment. Many cars use disc brakes with flat brake discs, perforated brake discs, and lined brake discs, among which lined brake discs have better braking effect and ventilation and heat dissipation capabilities. The disc brake applies force along the brake disc, the brake shaft is not subjected to bending moment, the radial size is small, and the braking performance is stable. Application scope of SBD250-A safety disc brake for double beam lifting gantry crane: Hydraulic safety (emergency) brake, is a high-power braking device used on low-speed shafts, which can be widely used for emergency safety braking of low-speed shafts in large and medium-sized cranes, port loading and unloading machinery, and boom lifting mechanisms. The working brake and emergency safety brake of mining winches, hoists, high-power inclined belt transportation, the safety brake of cable car and cable crane drive mechanisms, and the safety (emergency) brake of low-speed shafts of special crane lifting mechanisms such as casting cranes. Main characteristics; Safe and reliable, with sensitive movements and short closing time; Reasonable sealing structure design, good effect, long service life; Installation location is flexible, use the waybill. Usage conditions; 1. The ambient temperature is -20C -+50C. 2. There should be no flammable, explosive, or corrosive gases in the surrounding working environment. 3. The humidity of the air should not exceed 90%. 4. The altitude of the usage location should comply with GB755-2000.
