This device is used to test the ability of wires and cables to withstand electrical traces. It simulates the actual environment by spraying a 0.1% sodium chloride solution at a certain speed and flow rate on a vertically placed sample, while applying high voltage. If the current of the sample does not exceed 1A during this period, the sample does not burn, there is no continuous arc between the electrode and the ground, and there is no breakdown phenomenon, the sample is considered qualified. Suitable for single core cables and can also be used for multi-core cable testing. The exterior of the equipment is made of all stainless steel, and the interior is sealed with corrosion-resistant and insulated epoxy plates, effectively preventing electric leakage and corrosive liquids from corroding the metal casing.
