The S300 plug-in online microwave moisture detector is an intelligent and high-precision industrial microwave moisture detection instrument. Due to the use of Koley's patented phased array microwave sensor, the S300 can comprehensively cover the moisture detection of solids, slurries, and liquids, not only improving the universality of moisture meter detection, but also greatly enhancing the accuracy and reliability of moisture meter detection.
The S300 plug-in online microwave moisture detector adopts an integrated fully sealed structure without any mechanical moving parts. The instrument sensor part is perfectly integrated into the probe rod, which is cylindrical in shape with a smooth surface that may block materials. The S300 adopts industrial design standards and can display the current moisture content and average moisture value of the tested medium. The range can be freely selected between 0-80%, with a resolution of up to 0.01%. The probe has a maximum temperature resistance of 120 ℃ and a maximum pressure resistance of 4Mpa. Due to the use of advanced data storage technology, data will not be lost after power failure. The probe is equipped with a high-precision temperature sensor and precise temperature compensation is achieved through unique calibration software; Built in 3D calibration data module, easy to operate.
The S300 plug-in online microwave moisture detector is insensitive to the color of substances and can even measure most weakly conductive dielectrics. The microwave measurement method belongs to depth detection technology. Microwaves can be incident on the measured medium for a certain distance, which is superior to surface detection technologies such as infrared detection.

The probe should be exposed at least 8CM. Attention should be paid to the installation position and avoid approaching the feeding port to reduce damage to the sensing rod during cutting impact. If the moisture meter must be installed near the feeding port, please install a protective baffle above the instrument
