　　Structural characteristics

S. The SH type pump is installed horizontally, with the suction and discharge ports located below the centerline of the pump shaft, perpendicular to the pump axis. During maintenance, there is no need to disassemble the inlet and outlet pipelines. The rotor components can be removed by removing the pump cover. The pump mainly consists of parts such as the pump body, pump cover, impeller, sealing ring, shaft sleeve, and bearings. The pump body and pump cover form the impeller working chamber, and the axial force of the impeller is balanced by the symmetrical arrangement of blades.

Bearings: The two ends of the pump are supported by rolling bearings to support the rotor components, which are lubricated with grease. For inlet diameters greater than 700mm, thin oil lubrication is used.

Shaft seal: (1) Soft packing seal (2) Mechanical seal (diameter below 800mm)
