Bag filters are divided into:
Single bag filter, multi bag filter. Multi bag filter, suitable for high flow filtration. From 2 bags to 24 bags, there are various specifications available. The flange diameter for import and export can be customized according to customer requirements, with a single machine flow rate of 10-350m3/h. Fast opening design is available, making filter bag replacement convenient. It is also suitable for situations where the filter bag needs to be replaced after a longer period of time. The multi bag filter has a large volume and heavy top cover, making it difficult for one worker to operate. Adding a rocker arm device to this filter can reduce labor costs.
High flow bag filter filtration operation and precautions:
The bag filter is easy to operate, and when in use, the filter bag of the required fineness level needs to be installed inside the filter cartridge. Check whether the O-ring seal is intact, and then tighten the ring bolt of the filter cartridge cover before it can be put into operation. After the pump is started, the pressure gauge on the filter slightly rises, with an initial pressure of about 0.05 MPa. As the usage time increases, the amount of filter residue in the cylinder gradually increases. When the pressure reaches 0.4 MPa, the machine should be stopped and the cylinder cover should be opened to check the residue left in the filter bag. The filter bag can be replaced and continued to be used (the filter bag can generally be reused after cleaning). The pressure of the filter machine is generally adjusted between 0.1-0.3 MPa, which can be adjusted through the reflux pipeline or the reflux valve on the pump. If the filtration pressure is too high, it will damage the filter bag and protective net, and special attention should be paid.

Principle of Bag Filter Equipment
It can remove particles of different sizes from liquids, thereby achieving the purpose of liquid filtration, purification, separation, and recovery.
The body is mainly composed of three parts: filter container, support basket, and filter bag. According to the flow requirements, multiple filter bags can be used in a single machine. The liquid enters from the side or bottom inlet of the filter container and is washed into the filter bag from above the filter bag supported by the mesh basket. The filter bag expands due to the impact of the liquid and the uniform pressure surface, so that the liquid material is evenly distributed on the entire inner surface of the filter bag. The liquid passing through the filter bag is discharged through the bottom outlet of the filter along the metal support mesh basket wall. The filtered particles and impurities are trapped in the filter bag, completing the filtration process. To replace or clean the filter bag, loosen the ring head bolt, rotate the handwheel to lift the upper cover, and it can be removed. Multi bag filters have the characteristics of large processing capacity, large pollutant holding capacity, simple operation, and low operating costs.
