Ruishen BaoThe PrepP-01FS anti radiation pressure prototype is a desktop small anti radiation automated tablet sampling system developed by Ruishenbao Analysis Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. It can withstand a maximum pressure of 40 tons and can be used in neutron radiation environments. This desktop automatic tablet pressing system adopts a color touch screen interface operation, with functions of setting pressure, timing, and holding pressure. After the holding time is up, the pressure is automatically released. One click operation enables the instrument to produce high repeatability and high-quality samples. Structurally, it adopts a split design, consisting of the main body of the compression machine and a separate independent electrical control cabinet. The main body adopts high-performance anti radiation materials and anti radiation design to meet the application requirements of the laboratory with neutron radiation samples. The device has a small size and can be directly placed on the experimental bench or vacuum box for operation. It is easy to operate and has high sample quality.
